In reply to Shiho. My cookies turned out pretty tasty overall, great chewy texture, but had a horrible bitter aftertaste. I know that cooked avocado can turn bitter. How can I make my cookies not taste bitter?

Such moist and tasty chocolate chip cookies! I love that they have “good” fat from the avocado!!!
