Hi Diana, you can but it isn’t a simple 1:1 ratio. For this particular recipe, you’d only use 1/2 cup of coconut flour and have to add an additional 2 eggs to the recipe. For almond flour, you’d use the same amount as the recipe calls for, 2 cups, but might want to consider using just a touch more of the rising agent (baking soda) as almond flour is slightly heavier than AP flour and could cause less of a rise.
