Can’t we make butter pecan mixture and let it cool enough to go ahead and make complete recipe all at once? Instead of putting extremely hot stuff into recipe and then cooling?? Not understanding concept here,…looks like the hot would semi ‘cook’ dough..🤷‍♀️
