I covered them with nonpareils before flattering them.  They were not oily as others said.  I baked for 10 minutes and they were pretty and perfect!]]></description>

I really wanted to give it 4.5 stars was because they were oily.  When I make them again (and I absolutely will!) I will decrease the oil a small amount to see if that improves the cookies.  My students and colleagues loved them.  I did make a glaze of powdered sugar, a knob of butter, and freshly squeezed lemon juice (with a small amount of grated lemon peel).  That took them from tasty to yumilicious!]]></description>
