Thank you for sharing your recipe. I’ve not made it yet but definitely going to. Anything cheesecake is a bit in my house. I wanted to ask about the pan size. So many recipes suggest 8×8 or 9×9 which is just too small for my crowd. Can this recipe be doubled? Or make 2 separate pans? I use 11×13 alot or 11×9. ? Thank you in advance.
