Chocolate chip oatmeal cookies remind me of growing up. My grandmother used to make them all the time for us. Always such a great classic cookie that is a favorite!

I decided to try this recipe on a whim. So glad I did. I didn’t have quick oats, so I pulsed old fashioned oats in the Vitamix for a few min. I made my cookies gigantic and they came out great! 🙂
