I just made these, and they taste great without the glaze. Oh and instead of frozen or fresh, we used freeze dried blueberries! I will be making these again!

In reply to Karen. I can't find where it says 2 cups butter- everywhere I see only says 1 cup butter, 2 sticks. Can you tell me where you see 2 cups butter? It should be just 1 cup, 2 sticks.

My mother used to make these cookies, but she has since passed away, and I haven’t been able to find her recipe. I was very pleased to discover this recipe, as it seems to taste just like the ones my mom used to make. Thank you very much for sharing it! It is simple to prepare, and they taste wonderful. Additionally, making them brings back fond memories of my mother, which always makes me smile.♤

Note: if you use flavored sugar-free gelatin you will still need two boxes but they are only 0.44 oz each. Both the sugar-free and regular gelatin box versions taste equally delicious!

The recipe states 2 cups of butter but then says 2 sticks softened. 2 cups of butter is 4 sticks. Please clarify

In reply to Nancy. It's pretty easy, but unfortunately I don't have a video. It's just 5, 1-tsp balls slightly flattened, then you can use a wooden skewer or a straw to indent the middles in a line.
