I just made these and they turned out perfectly. I didn't want humongous cookies so I made them normal sized and got about 5 dozen, baking them for 10 min. One note is that I added the flour in one cup at a time using a hand mixer. The mixer was straining after cup 2 so I decided to use a wooden spoon to mix in the 3rd cup. However, that was also very difficult so I ended up just kneading it in by hand which worked perfectly. The resulting dough is very nice and easy to rol into balls.
