Was looking for an easy Sunday recipe and made these but with a red velvet box cake mix. The other ingredient I swapped was the butter for coconut oil. The frosting was simple too! They turned out beautifully. So good that my husband ate 3 sandwiches when they were finally cooled down enough. Canโ€™t wait to try more recipes!
