I just made a batch and they baked pretty good. I noticed that the ones I piped slightly thicker baked better. But mine came out slightly salty, so I’m wondering what type of salt you used. They also were really strongly coffee flavored. Which my husband liked but I didn’t. Im guessing a better quality espresso might fix that.
