In reply to Amy. So sorry to hear that these didn't work out for you Amy. Sounds like something definitely went wrong. I've made them many times and yes, the batter is very runny (as shown in the pictures), but the cookies should hold their shape quite well. I was skeptical the first time I made them, but they did turn out quite well and have every time since.

This recipe doesn’t work out. I know how to follow a recipe. This recipe gave me chocolate soup. There is no way to make cookies out of cake batter. I added more sugar and cocoa until I got a better dough texture. They all just melted together on the cake pan. DO NOT USE THIS RECIPE. I wish I could get my money back for all the ingredients that I bought. The person responsible for this recipe deserves to be caned publicly!

I just wanted to tell you how much we loved this recipe. I’ve been looking for a flourless recipe. We swapped out half the sugar for Swerve and it was still amazing!
