I made these great flavor but boiling for 5 minutes made them crumbly and hard. So I will try them again and boil a couple minutes less

In reply to Nancy L Boyd. Absolutely! Just try to freeze them in a single layer; I find they can stick together if you pile them. I just put 9 in a quart sized bag and lay them down in the freezer.
