Jane – I’m glad the tips are helpful! It definitely depends on cookie preference-if you prefer flatter cookies, you may want to add slightly less flour and bake a couple to see how they turn out. You can always add more flour if needed! But try this recipe just as they are – I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!!!

All your tips on baking these cookies are great. I generally like relatively flat cookies that are chewy but always struggle to achieve them. i might have better success now. Meanwhile, I’m planning on making your cookies just as they are – they look and sound wonderful.
