Honestly, you can do either- if you scoop, I suggest pressing the dough down with the bottom side of a glass dipped in sugar to prevent sticking. If you opt to roll, I aim for just over ¼&quot; thick.]]></description>

But in the directions it calls for rolling out the dough and cutting them with a cookie cutter. I’m assuming the rolling out is the route to go and if so, how thin should I roll the dough?
