Certainly, this recipe makes more than 2 servings?

The directions for the frosting are confusing where it says to “Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer using the whisk attachment. Whip until well combined.” The way the ingredients are listed, heavy cream is one of the ingredients.

Then the directions say “In a separate bowl, use beaters and whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.”

Perhaps it would be clearer to say ‘Combine butter, sugar, vanilla, & milk’ and then say ‘Whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks.”

It’s easy to stabilize whipped cream w/ Agar-Agar Powder, vanilla, & 10X sugar to use as a frosting, filling, or topping. This would make it more like Strawberry Shortcake.

These cookies are perfect for kids and adults alike. I love the shortbread cookies and would stuff my face with them anytime. The whipped frosting is def a favorite with my granddaughter and the entire cookie is especially popular with the adults. This will be part of the home ec lesson for the kids while home from school.
