I was excited to try this with all the kisses we got for Valentine’s Day but to be honest they were just okay. The dough was extremely dry and crumbly – it was impossible to roll. We ended up adding a bit of milk to add some moisture so they didn’t fall apart. The cookie part was kind of bland, especially if you didn’t get a bite of kiss in it. I think with a better dough (more flavour and moisture) it would work better.

We love these cookies! They were fun to make and they were so good! They didn’t last very long at all in our house. They will be great for holiday cookie trays also.
