Delicious cookie. The texture is chewy, crunchy and maple flavorful. I added toasted pecans to give it more flavor and chilled the dough on the cookie sheets 4-5 minutes before baking. I baked for 9 minutes. I’d make these again.

I made these yesterday as a morning tea snack.
I was so excited that I could freeze the cooked cookies…….that was mis-guided as the batch didn’t last long enough for me to get even one in the deep freeze!
They were so delicious and baked with wonderful maple toffee flavor!
