I’ve never tried making meringue cookies without cream of tartar but this recipe worked great! And that tip about leaving them in the oven to cool was genius! These are the perfect cookie for summer – so light and flavorful but sweet enough to curb my cravings. I know I’ll be making these a lot this season.
