Prep: Preheat the oven to 350° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicon mat, set it aside.
Dough: In a mixing bowl, cream peanut butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. With floured hands, roll 1 TBSP of dough into 1 ¼ inch balls.
Bake: Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 14-16 minutes or until tops are cracked. Immediately press a chocolate star in the center of each.
