Ingredients

Frosting

butter

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease or place parchment paper on two baking sheets.
In a medium bowl, add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
With an electric mixer, beat sugar and butter. Add milk, egg, and orange juice. Mix well. Add flour mixture 1/2 at a time. Gently stir in blueberries.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto baking sheets. Bake 12-14 minutes, until golden brown on edges. Cool completely before frosting.
Make frosting by beating all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Spread onto all cookies and let cool to set. Enjoy!
