Ingredients

melted semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions
In a medium bowl whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.
In a large bowl cream together butter, heavy cream, both sugars and vanilla with a hand mixer.
Add eggs one at a time.
Add melted chocolate last. (Be careful your chocolate is not too hot!)
Add ⅓ of flour mixture into creamed sugar mixture. Repeat until well combined.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Scoop onto a lined or greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-17 minutes.
