Ingredients

unsalted butter
softened

brown sugar

Reese's Mini Peanut Butter Cups
Instructions
In a large bowl cream together the butter and both sugars until fluffy. Beat in the egg, vanilla and peanut butter.
Add in the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix until just combined. The dough will be very crumbly.
Add 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips, 1/4 cup peanut butter chips and ¼ cup Reese's Pieces and stir into the dough.
Divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Form each portion into a ball.
Press the remaining chips, Reese's mini cups and Reese's pieces all over the top and sides of the cookies. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Meanwhile preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Bake the cookies for 18 minutes. Cool 5 minutes and then transfer to a rack. ENJOY!

Cookie dough can be divided into 18 balls for more regular sized cookies. Bake smaller cookies for 9-10 minutes.
