Such a great idea! I just made these. They’re delicious!! I have a question though…What is the best way to store these? After a few hours, they tend to “fall apart.” The cookie gets soft from the pie filling. In other words, they don’t hold up very well after a few hours. Please advise…

Recipe is on point. I made my cookie balls a little small so could only put a kitty of the apple fiilling in. I make them bigger next time. I also put only 1 cup of sugar in the dough instead of 1 and a third and it’s perfect. Thank you
