10-cup Cookies are made with a variety of ingredients that come together to create a delicious and chewy cookie. These chocolate chip pecans cookies are fully loaded and so tasty, with 10 cups of 10 ingredients, they are the best cookies you'll ever taste!
Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.
Dough: In a large bowl, with an electric mixer, cream both sugars, butter, and peanut butter for about 2 minutes, until uniformly mixed. Add eggs and mix again.
In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, oats, baking soda & powder, and salt. Add dry ingredients to peanut butter mixture and mix to combine.
Stir in remaining ingredients, pecans, coconut and chocolate chips. Add 1 cup raisins if desired.
Bake: Use a 1.5 TBSP scoop (medium) to portion out cookie dough into balls on a baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes. Transfer to cooling racks after about a minute from removing from the oven. Enjoy!

These chocolate chip cookies will stay fresh for up to 5 days if stored in an airtight container at room temperature.Place them in an airtight container or freezer bag and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature before serving.
