Ingredients

flour

baking soda

oats

butter
softened to room temperature

cup
sugar
½
cup
brown sugar

egg
1
tsp
vanilla extract
1-2
cups
semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°.
Mix together the dry ingredients and set aside.
Use an electric mixer to beat the butter, sugars, egg and vanilla together. Mix for at least 2-3 minutes.
Add the dry ingredients to the butter/sugar mixture and mix until combined.
Add the chocolate chips and mix them in.
Press the cookie dough into a greased 9X13 pan until evenly distributed.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the tops and edges start to turn a light golden brown. Cool, then slice and serve!
