Caramel sauce: Heat and stir caramels and cream in large saucepan on low for about 20 minutes until smooth. Remove from heat.
Combine: Pour in the cornflakes, rice krispies and shredded coconut; stir to coat all the cereal well.
Assemble & chill: Use a medium sized cookie scoop to portion out about 1.5 TBSP portions onto parchment or wax paper. Let cool until set. You can put them in the fridge to speed up this process if you'd like! Serve and enjoy!
