Prep: You need 24 cooked and cooled sugar cookies. You can buy store bought cookies if you'd like to make this super easy. But you can also make your own cookies as well.
Frosting: In a small bowl, whisk together the softened butter, powder sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and blue food coloring. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Create Spring Scene: Frost each cookie with the blue frosting and place them on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Then, cut the mini-Reese’s cups in half and place each half towards the bottom of each cookie. Arrange 1 green jellybean lengthwise above the peanut butter cup.
Cut each mini marshmallow diagonally, then dip the sticky part into the colored sugar. Arrange the marshmallow halves around the top of the cookie in a circular shape, add the yellow jellybean in the center of the marshmallow flower petals.
Repeat the process for each cookie until you have an entire garden in your kitchen! Use the pink and yellow colored sugar sprinkles to have a beautiful and colorful cookie garden. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container, using a piece of parchment paper between each layer to prevent them from sticking together. They will last up to 5 days if stored properly.
