15.25ozYellow Cake mix (I used Betty Crocker Super Moist Cake Mix Butter recipe Yellow Cake mix)
1egg
¾cupvegetable oil
6ozJell-OUse Two 3-oz boxes. choose the flavor of your liking, I chose orange and pineapple flavors.
Instructions
Prep: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry cake mix, egg, and vegetable oil using a whisk or hand mixer. Mix until combined.
Divide the dough in half and put in 2 different bowls. Then, add one box of dry Jello mix into each bowl. Use a hand mixer to evenly distribute the Jello throughout the dough. Also, use your hands to knead it together to make the dough come together. The dough will be thick like playdoh.
Bake: Scoop the dough with a cookie scoop and roll dough into a ball and then place in the prepared cookie sheet. Flatten it out slightly with your hand or the back of a spoon.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set. Let it cool off in the pan for 2 minutes then place on a cooling rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
Notes
*NOTE* If you only want to make 1 color, in 1 bowl combine the dough with 2 boxes of Jell-O of the same flavor. If you want to make 4 colors. Separate the dough into 4 bowls, add approximately 3 tablespoons of Jell-O per bowl.
