Simple recipe for Brownie Mix M&M Cookies that comes together fast for chewy, chocolaty cookies treats with M&M candies. These triple chocolate cookies are the perfect indulgence for anyone with a sweet tooth!
Prep: Preheat the oven to 375°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper, set them aside.
Dough: In a medium/large size mixing bowl, whisk the dry brownie mix and flour together.
Add the eggs, melted butter, melted chocolate, and vanilla extract and mix well. You can use a fork for this step or an electric hand held mixer on low speed.
Stir in ½ cup chocolate chips to the batter.
Use a 2 tablespoon cookie scoop (medium scoop) for each cookie dough ball. Pour mini M&M candies into a shallow bowl. Press the top of the cookie into the M&M's, so that the top is well coated with candies. Place the cookie dough balls about 2” apart on the baking sheet.
Bake: Bake for 8 minutes and then remove from the oven.
Let the cookies cool completely on the baking sheets before transferring them to a cooling rack. Serve immediately and enjoy!
