Instructions
Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Set them aside.
Dough: In a medium size bowl, combine the cake mix, oil, and eggs until fully incorporated. Cake mixes come in varying sizes these days. If your cake mix is less than 15.25 oz, add 1 TBSP flour and proceed with the recipe.
In a separate small bowl whisk the sugar and cinnamon together. Shape the dough into 1" balls and roll them in the cinnamon sugar mixture, spooning some over the dough to full coat them.
Bake: Line the cookie dough balls on the prepared baking sheets, leaving 2" space between them. Place the cookies in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheets for 2-3 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
Serve cookies slightly warm and enjoy!

These cookies will stay fresh for up to 5 days if stored in an airtight container at room temperature.For longer storage place them in an airtight container or freezer bag and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature before serving.
