1cupof holiday sprinklesBe sure to use “Jimmies Sprinkles”, which are the straight line sprinkles, or the little ball sprinkles called “nonpareils”. If your sprinkles are too thick they will melt in the oven so stay away from the shaped sprinkles like stars and hearts.

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Use a medium-sized mixing bowl and mix the brownie mix and all-purpose flour until combined.
Add the eggs, melted butter, chocolate syrup, and vanilla to the brownie mix/flour mixture and mix until just combined.
Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
Use a one-tablespoon cookie scoop to create balls of cookie dough.
Roll each cookie dough ball in the holiday sprinkles and place them on the prepared baking sheet about 1.5” apart.
Bake the cookies for 8 minutes, then remove them from the oven and let them cool for about 3 minutes before pressing one chocolate kiss in the middle of each cookie.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for about 5 more minutes and then transfer them to a wire baking rack to cool completely.
