Easter Brownie Blossom Cookies combine the rich taste of brownies with a festive twist, making them a perfect treat for your holiday gatherings. With a blend of brownie mix, mini chocolate chips, and colorful sprinkles, these brownie mix cookies offer a delicious combination of flavors and textures.

Instructions
Prep: Line two baking sheets with parchment paper, set them aside. Preheat the oven to 375° F
Cookie dough: Whisk to combine the brownie mix and all-purpose flour in a large bowl. Add the eggs, melted butter, chocolate syrup, and vanilla extract and mix again until just combined. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
Scoop & bake: Use a one-tablespoon cookie scoop to create balls of cookie dough. Roll each ball in the sprinkles and place them on the prepared baking sheets about 1.5” apart.
Place the cookies in the preheated oven and bake for 8 minutes. Remove them from the oven and let them cool for about 3 minutes before pressing one chocolate kiss in the middle of each cookie.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for about 5 additional minutes and then transfer them to a wire baking rack to cool completely. Serve & enjoy!

These chocolate cookies will stay fresh for up to 3-5 days if stored in an airtight container at room temperature.Place them in an airtight container or freezer bag and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature before serving.
