Funfetti Halloween Cookies are soft, colorful treats packed with festive sprinkles and a boost of texture from pudding mix. A spooky-fun cookie that’s as tasty as it is playful!
3.4ozbox vanilla or white chocolate instant pudding mix
2TBSPmilk
2cupsflour
½tspbaking soda
½tspsalt
2cupssemi sweet & white chocolate chipscombined
½cupHalloween themed sprinkles
orange, green, and purple food coloring
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and prepare baking sheets by lining them with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt, then set aside.
Using an electric mixer, in a separate large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until well combined. Add the egg, yogurt, and dry pudding mix, mix again until smooth.
Pour the dry ingredients into the mixing bowl with butter mixture and mix slowly until incorporated.
Divide the dough into 3 sections, move two sections to separate bowls. Add drops of color to each bowl as well as a few tablespoons of sprinkles and ⅔ cups of the chocolate chips. Stir gently but thoroughly, so that color is even and sprinkles are well distributed.
Scoop rounded tablespoonfuls of cookie dough onto parchment lined baking sheets. Bake for 10 minutes. Let Funfetti Halloween Cookies cool for several minutes on the cookie sheet before transferring to a cooling rack. Serve & enjoy!
