Ingredients
- ½ cup butter softened
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar packed
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- In a large bowl, cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the egg and vanilla and beat for another 2-3 minutes. Add the flour and mix just until combined.
