Ingredients

cup
unsalted butter
softened
¾
cup
brown sugar
¼
cup
white sugar

large egg
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract

cups
flour
½
teaspoon
salt
½
teaspoon
baking powder

white chocolate chips
Cinnamon sugar for rolling
Instructions
In a large bowl cream together the butter and both sugars until fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla.
Add in the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix until just combined. The dough will be very crumbly.
Add ½ cup chocolate chips and stir into the dough.
Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and form each portion into a ball, pressing the dough just until it comes together.
Roll each ball in the cinnamon sugar. Next press the remaining chocolate chips all over the top and sides of the cookies.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Meanwhile preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Bake the cookies for 18 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes and then transfer to a rack. Serve & enjoy!
