Ingredients

unsalted butter
softened

brown sugar

white sugar

large egg

vanilla extract

unsweetened cocoa

semisweet chips
1 ¼

white chocolate chips
Instructions
In a large bowl cream together the butter and both sugars until fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla.
Add in the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix until just combined.
Split dough in half evenly and add the cocoa to half and combine.
Add 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips to the plain dough and ¼ cup of the white chocolate chips to the chocolate dough.
Divide each dough into 6 equal portions. Take a plain dough ball and a chocolate dough ball and twist them to form into a ball.
Next press the remaining semisweet chips into the plain side and the remaining white chocolate chips into the chocolate side.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Meanwhile preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Bake the cookies for 18 minutes. Cool 5 minutes and then transfer to a rack. Serve & ENJOY!
Notes
Recipe yields 6 GIANT cookies. You can reduce the sizes for more traditional cookies if you prefer!
