Ingredients

room temperature

chocolate chunks
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
In another bowl using an electric mixer cream the sugars, shortening, butter, honey and vanilla.
Add the eggs and mix.
Add in the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Stir in 1 cup of the milk chocolate chip and 1 cup of the chocolate chunks.
Scoop out about 1 ½ - 2 tablespoons of dough and roll into a ball.
Place the dough 2-3 inches apart on your cookie sheets.
Distribute the remaining chocolate chips and chunks onto the tops of the cookie dough balls.
Bake for 11-13 minutes until the cookies are just set and the sides are just starting to get browned.
Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then move to a wire rack to cool completely.
