Instructions
Preheat and prep:
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients:
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and sea salt.
Cream butter and sugars:
Using a hand mixer, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until combined.
Add egg and vanilla:
Mix until fully incorporated.
Combine:
Gradually add dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Add chips:
Fold in caramel and white chocolate chips.
Scoop and chill:
Scoop dough onto prepared sheet, spacing 1–1½ inches apart, and chill for 10–15 minutes.
Bake:
Bake for 8–10 minutes, until edges are lightly golden.
Salt and cool:
Sprinkle with sea salt while warm. Cool on the sheet for 5–6 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
