2cupsNESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE Semi-Sweet Chocolate chips12-ounce package
Instructions
Beat butter, shortening, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in large mixing bowl until creamy.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt and whisk together.
Add eggs, one at a time, to the butter mixture, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Cover dough & refrigerate at least 4 hours.
Preheat oven to 375° F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper & set aside.
Remove dough from fridge & let sit 20 minutes, or until you're able to scoop. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto prepared baking sheets.
Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely. Enjoy!
