Ingredients

butter
softened

sugar

brown sugar

bag of Butterfinger Baking Bits or 5
1.9 oz Butterfinger candy bars, chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°.
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars for 2-3 minutes.
Add egg whites and beat well. Blend in the peanut butter and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture. Mix well and then stir in the candy bars.
Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies on cookie sheets that have been greased or lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Let the cookies cool for about 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
