St. Patrick’s Day Sprinkle Cookies made with butter, sugar, and a box of vanilla pudding mix for extra softness and flavor. Rolled in festive green sprinkles, they’re a fun and colorful treat perfect for celebrating the holiday!
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment and set aside. Also, pour the sprinkles into a small bowl and set aside for future use.
In a large bowl, cream together the sugar and softened butter. Add in the egg and milk, stir to combine well.
Add in the salt, dry pudding mix, and baking soda. Mix ingredients until smooth and fully combined. Next, add the flour and mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
Scoop about 1 TBSP dough and roll into a ball. Roll in sprinkles and set onto the prepared cookie sheet. Repeat with remaining cookie dough.
Bake for 8-10 minutes. Once baked, transfer to a cooling rack and let cool for 10 minutes. Serve & enjoy!
