Strawberry Cake Mix Cookies
These Strawberry Cake Mix Cookies use just four simple ingredients—cake mix, eggs, butter, and white chocolate chips. They’re soft, sweet, and packed with strawberry flavor in every easy bite!

Ingredients
- 15.25 oz box strawberry cake mix
- 2 eggs
- ⅓ cup butter melted
- 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips you can also use M&M candies.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper, set them aside.
- Combine cake mix and eggs in a medium mixing bowl. Add the melted butter, mix well.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips/candies and stir to combine. I prefer to stir the candy in by hand so that they don't get crushed.
- Use a medium 1.5 TBSP cookie scoop to measure out dough and place on the cookie sheets. Top with a few more chocolate candies, if you'd like.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes. Once they are done, remove from oven and let them rest for another 3-5 minutes on the hot cookie sheet. Transfer to baking racks to cool completely. Enjoy!
Notes
These strawberry cookies will stay fresh for up to 5 days if stored in an airtight container at room temperature.
Place them in an airtight container or freezer bag and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature before serving.
