These Cookies & Cream Cookies are out of this world good and a wonderful explosion of flavors. A perfectly sized {BIG} cookie packed with melted white chocolate and Oreo flavors in every soft chewy bite will have you wondering why you didn’t try this sooner.
What are Oreo Stuffed cookies?
They’re the best combination of flavors, textures, and more in every easy recipe. Made using Oreo cookies and a Cookies N’ Cream bar we end up with a cookie that’s so good you can’t help but drool in anticipation. The cookie recipe itself is easy to make but it’s even more surprising to see how “easy” it is to eat all 6 giant cookies in one sitting. You may find yourself zoning out and coming back to reality to find an empty plate.
Ingredients for Oreo Candy Bar Cookies
Ingredients for Oreo Candy Bar Cookies-Butter: We need ½ cup of softened butter (one stick). This will give us some needed fats to make our cookies moist and rich tasting.
-Sugars: We need ¾ cup of brown sugar and ¼ cup of granulated sugar so that we get a depth of flavor in every soft and chewy bite.
-Egg: 1 large egg will act as our binder for the cookies.
-Vanilla: We need 1 teaspoon of vanilla to help make our cookies taste incredible. Stronger vanillas work better, but use what you have on hand.
-Flour: The base of our cookie dough recipe is 2 cups of all-purpose flour.
-Salt: We need ½ teaspoon of salt to enhance the flavors in our cookies.
-Baking powder: ½ teaspoon of baking powder will be our leavening agent so that our cookies puff up wonderfully as they bake.
-Cookies and Cream candy bar: Using a giant (6.5 ounces) sized Cookies and Cream candy bar we will have plenty of white chocolate for every cookie.
-Oreos: We need 1 package of Oreos to help give our cookies the perfect hidden center in every cookie and have enough crumbs too.
How to Make Cookies & Cream Cookies
How to Make Cookies & Cream CookiesCream together the butter and both sugars in a large mixing bowl until fluffy.
Beat in your egg and vanilla.
Add in the flour, baking powder, and salt, mixing until just combined. The dough should appear very crumbly.
Chop up your candy bar and then stir it into the dough.
Divide your dough into 6 equal-sized pieces and form each one into a ball, just until it comes together.
Press an Oreo cookie into the center of each dough ball and form the dough around the cookie to hide it completely.
Crush up the remaining Oreo cookies into a fine crumb and place them in a bowl.
Press your rolled cookie dough balls into the Oreo crumb mixture and coat the top and sides of the balls. Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and then bake the cookies for 18 minutes.
Let the cookies cool for 5 minutes and then transfer to a wire cooling rack. Enjoy!
How long are Oreo Stuffed cookies good for?
These cookies can be kept stored in an airtight container for up to a few days after they’ve been baked and cooled. To enjoy them warm you can microwave them for about 30 seconds on a plate. Just don’t forget to serve them with a tall glass of cold milk, yum!
Can I make cookies and cream cookies in advance?
Yes, you can make the cookies all the way up to the chilling stage. This means if you want to make cookies now but eat them tomorrow you can do all the work today and save the baking tomorrow so that you can enjoy a fresh warm cookie from the oven at the perfect time. Doesn’t that just sound like an incredible idea? Perfect for planning ahead if you have guests coming over!

I was nervous when my son brought his girlfriend home to meet us the first time. A GIRLFRIEND! It was weird.
But we rolled with it and soon, it was a lot of fun! It’s been over 7 months and now we see her all the time.
It’s still weird occasionally, but only because I can’t believe he’s growing up so fast. My child is almost AN ADULT. Weird.
